Returns

We are sorry that you are considering returning your Goji Air. Before you return it, please check that: 
1.      The packaging bag from around the HEPA filter and the NCCO reactor has been removed
2.      That there is power being supplied to the unit – For the V1 Goji on the go please make sure you have charged up the battery
3.      That you have operated this in accordance with the instruction leaflet
Returns procedure for faults
  • Please fill out our returns form on this page outlining the fault and quoting the order reference number. 
  • State whether you want it repaired or your money refunded (refunds can only be issued if your product is within the warranty period).
  • Carriage must be prepaid by you. Any item arriving without prepaid carriage will be rejected. We will refund carriage for faulty items.
Returns procedure for unwanted items 
Please send us an email explaining why you have changed your mind and quoting your order reference number. Unwanted items will only be accepted back if:
  • They are undamaged 
  • You have emailed us within 30 days of you receiving the goods 
  • They are returned with pre-paid carriage. Any item not having prepaid carriage will be rejected.
Our Process
When we have received your email we will give you the address of our fulfilment centre to return the unit to and instructions.
Please put the unit back in the original box. If this is not available, please package it so that it will not get damaged in transit.
When we receive the unit back we will check for any damage and check that all the items are present including:
  • HEPA filter(s)
  • NCCO reactor(s)
  • Pre Filter
  • Cable and plug
  • Instruction leaflet
  • Screwdriver and ribbon (strap) for V1 Goji on the go
  • Packaging (for items not wanted)
We will inspect returns within a week of receipt. If a fault is found, we will either repair your unit or replace it. We will refund your carriage costs. All units must be within the warranty period.
If a refund is due, we will issue this through the same payment process that you bought the product. Note:  If any components are not returned, we will deduct the price of those components from the refunded price.
